The Advantage of
Adopting a Walking
Routine

One of the best
exercises that
promotes good
health is walking.
Most people are
concerned about
their health but
are not sure about
diets and exercise
programs to control
their weight.
People are
concerned about
their physical
shape and health
with good reason.
People are becoming
more obese every
day. Recent
research reveals
that in the U.S.
over 50% of the
population are
considered obese,
which means more
than half of the
population of
United States is
suffering from
obesity. This
obesity is
estimated to cause
half the population
to be diabetic in
another ten years.
Physicians might
promote regular
yoga or exercise,
joining a gym or
taking a brisk walk
in the early
morning and in the
evening. Most
people ignore these
recommendations
because they don’t
believe they have
the time or just
don’t care.
Most people
that following
these
recommendations
only continue for a
week or a few
months at best.
There is a simple
way to arranging a
half hour or hour
out of your day for
a great exercise
routine, walking.
Just do it! Walk
whenever you can.
Walk rather
than taking a
coffee break at
work, walk when
travelling. Walking
will not only make
you healthier, it
will save you money
in health care
costs too.
Walking is
beneficial in many
ways. Walking saves
you from the
expense of joining
a gym and doing
vigorous exercises.
Joining a gym and
taking the time to
go there three or
four times a week
can be expensive
and time consuming.
Walking can be done
at anytime and
anywhere and except
for a pair of
walking shoes it
does not cost you
money.
When you walk you
carry your body
weight and this is
the reason walking
is known as a
weight-bearing
exercise. Walking
is beneficial if
you are over-weight
or if you just want
to keep yourself in
shape. Walking is
rewarding in many
ways and profitable
even if you are not
over weight.

you don’t begin it
can be harmful to
